How does it work?
1. Submit a description of your project (1 page or less).
2. We will review your email and send you a response either
a. Requesting additional Information (in which case we will attach our confidentiality agreement for your review.) and a list of information we need.
b. An analysis of your submission and potential issues with its viability and suggestions on how you can resolve them and “re-submit” your project for consideration.
3. Once we receive the requested information we review it for in-depth.
4. We will send you a written analysis of our concerns regarding your project and work with you to address them.
5. We provide a service partnership agreement.
6. As soon as we recieve your agreement we send you our complete webiste development package. In it you give us a complete and detailed picture of your concept and project.
7. Then work with you to develop the site’s structure while you begin to develop the site's content. No one knows your project better than you do so we will your participation is essential. (We do not do turnkey websites under the terms of this program)
6. Once we have content and a site plan we will develop the look and feel of the site. We will work with you to create the vision you have – however we will always seek to develop a professional and user friendly site. (Keep in mind that in all business ventures – the customer is the final approval of your efforts with their purchase of your products or service.) We do not develop “flash” banners or headers as part of the initial development agreement. Once your site is functional and generating revenue, we will go back and upgrade the site to flash banners and headers, as may be needed.
How much does this cost?
Clairvoyant believes in your project, here is how it works.
1. We charge you $0.00 to get the project moving.
2. Our Service Partnership Agreement outlines the terms and condition of our involvement, in which you agree to Service Fee of 20% of the gross revenue of the site (before any other expenses) for a period of 5-years and then the service fee is reduced to 10% of the gross revenue every year thereafter for the length of the agreement.
3. You will be invoiced for the full development fee of the site. This invoice is DEFERRED, meaning you don’t have to pay it upon reciept. At the end of the 5th year of the Service Partnerhip Agreement you will have the option to;
(a) pay the invoice in full, and you will have complete control of your website from then forward, or
(b) don't pay it, and we reduce our monthly percentage to 10% of the Gross Revenue for the life of your website. This decision is yours at that time.
Why do we do this?
Our business model is simple. We want to help those who may have the next "EBay" or "Amazon", in doing so we obviously benefit from the revenues generated by the site for the duration of the Service Agreement.
For Clairvoyant - access to the internet is not a privilege that should only be for those that can afford to pay huge sums of money for a site to be developed. It is the RIGHT of every entrepreneur to have a professionally designed website that can advance their business locally, regionally, nationally and even globally. Jonathan Schwartz of Sun Microsystems described the internet as a utility just like water, gas and electricity. As such everyone should have the right to access it and develop their projects in a way that is suitable and profitable to them.
